About MotoChic® – New York native and Bay Area transplant, Debra Chin, founded MotoChic® Gear in 2013 to answer the need for high quality, design-conscious clothing and accessories for active women. Formerly the owner of a bridesmaid boutique, Debra leveraged her 15+ years of experience in VP-level marketing and consulting positions for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to create MotoChic®: Stylish Gear for Women on the Move.
MotoChic® won the San Francisco Start-Ups Shark Tank Showcase, fully funded the first production run of its flagship product via Kickstarter, and received industry recognition as the winner of the first Powerlily Gas Tank Program. In 2018, it was named one of Powersports Business magazine’s Nifty 50: 50 aftermarket products/services they believe will help boost dealership profits in 2018. Achieving these milestones further inspired Debra to pursue her passion for combining leading edge design with high performance materials to create safe and stylish gear.
The road ahead is exciting. Wherever your next great life adventure takes you, MotoChic® will be there.
