“I had many friends that rode and being around that environment my interest peaked.
In 2014, I decided to stop making excuses and learned to ride. I purchased my first bike, a Suzuki GSX-R600.
The learning experience was rough in the beginning because I was in my late 30s and never even rode a bicycle. 🤣 However, through perseverance, determination, and consistency I learned to ride my bike!
My first long-distance ride was to Chicago with my club Blaque Pearlz MC. On that trip, I had mechanical issues but learned a lot about myself and how to handle the situations that life throws at me.
During that ride, I fell in love with the adventure of it all. I came home from that trip and put my Suzuki GSX-R600 up for sale and bought a cruiser because I knew this is what I wanted to do.”
