Kawasaki Recalls More Than 2000 Motorcycles Over Rear Shock Absorber Concerns

Kawasaki is recalling 2,383 2017-2018 ZR900AH, ZR900BH and ZR900BJ motorcycles because their rear shock absorber may not work properly, increasing the risk of crash. The company said the problem is related to tie-rod frame mount holes that can become elongated if the rear shock absorber bottoms out. Dealers will inspect the bikes and make any necessary repairs free of charge. Owners may contact Kawasaki customer service at 1-866-802-9381 and reference recall number MC17-04.
