“I started riding on the back of my mom’s bike and 2 months later I went out and purchased my own.
I started riding as a new fresh start to a new chapter in my life. A new start focused on self-love and the feeling of being free. My first wind therapy experience changed the game forever. Now any chance I get I’m out riding, no matter the season.
My first wind therapy was with my riding group SSA(Spyder Squad Atlanta). We were doing a ride for Ahmaud Arbery and we rode to his hometown and fellowshipped there in remembrance of him. We took the scenic route to get there and it was a such beautiful, peaceful, and joyful day.”
