“Riding runs in my family!
When I was a young girl in Pasadena, CA I would see my uncles, cousins, and father in motorcycle clubs. As I grew older so did the traditions and eventually, my older sister paved the way for us women in the family. She created her own club, and I knew I was next!
In June 2015 I got my endorsement and the following year I got my first bike. It was a 2014 Yamaha Raider. I’m telling you that bike is NOT ideal for beginners but it’s what I wanted. Since so much time had passed, I had to re-teach myself how to ride and it was a blast!
I took that bike across state lines so many times – Alone! It got to the point that my dad was like “Don’t do it no more!”
Over time I’ve become more of an independent rider and developed my own riding style.
